Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but if a pricing error occurs we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Because items are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, the order can no longer be canceled.

FiftyShirts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law
